This sounds DIVINE….I will make it for sure…:-)
I love any kind of potato salad too, and anything Greek as well—this recipe is a keeper! Thank you— 🙂
First, let me say I love the cute picture of you with the princess leia hair.
Potato salad has all the ingredients to be really right up my alley. Don’t recall seeing it in any of your cookbooks. Is it a new one? I’m going to give it a try next time I serve bbq’d lamb. Thanks
You’re the 3rd person tonight to talk about the Greek Potato Salad and I’m thinking, what is going on? Then I looked at Facebook! lol …. It’s in Vineyard Seasons p. 47. xo On the hair, my mom gave me a permanent, and I still went out in public! (It was a Toni — every Brownie wanted one … it came with paper dolls!)
My mom gave me and my sister Toni’s every Easter and Christmas, so that reference is sure nostalgic for me. Reminds me that on Saturday nights, I would sit on the floor between my mother’s knees while she set my hair in bobby pins so I would have curls for church the next day. This after the Saturday night bath and shampoo of course. We would watch “Your Hit Parade” while this was going on. Simple times :o)
My son (almost 15) had decided he wants to learn to cook this summer so I got out every Susan Branch cookbook (and had to show off the many autographs) and told him to take his pick. He’s going to love this Greek Potato Salad! OPA!! Thanks again and again Susan…it’s Skip & Go Naked time!!!
I love Greek food of any type.. so I can’t wait to try this.. sounds so yummers!!
Now add some feta burgers and salad and double yummers!! Now I am hungry.. lol
Oh my this sounds wonderful. I am always up for trying a new potato salad recipe and this one really looks good.
