Hello from Smallville!

“Hello,” as my dad says, “from Smallville!”  ‘Cause that’s where I live too.  And I like it lit the firehere.  Sometimes the world just seems too big ~ but the bigger it gets, the smaller I get ~ because here in Smallville,  it’s always a nice day. There’s plenty to do in Smallville too … it’s not a boring place.

Things that don’t count in the big world are EVERYTHING here.  When the world tries to get into Smallville and upset the smallness, I shut it out, turn on the MUSICA (listening to this now), light a fire (hearing it crackle), watch the birds busy at the feeders (peep-peep), and do what needs to be done.

toxic world

doing dishes

Like cleaning shelves. Nothing more common sense than this, sometimes it needs to be done.  I give myself a sense of purpose and accomplishment by getting the cooking juices off yellow glasswaremy shelves with a hot soapy cloth; washing dishes (I wash the ones with gold trim on them by hand) and putting them back on the shelves, shiny and clean.  Standing back and looking at my handiwork and saying, “ahhhh, look at that sparkle!”  I’m always happiest when my corner of the world is clean and organized and a new year for me always includes organization, which my mom says, is the key to success.

doing dishes

Some of the dishes are washed by hand, and these just came out of the dishwasher.

doing dishes

It’s before dawn and my audience is very quiet, just waking up, she pussyfoots around.  No loud applause.  Just purring.

And speaking of organization . . .

address book

The other thing I wanted to share with you is an organizing thing that has turned out to be SO GOOD I had to tell you about it.  I had this old (no longer in print) unused address book lying around, so I grabbed it and turned it into a brand new thing.

address book

It’s now my “Internet Address and Password Log Book.”  Before I thought of this, I had all my notewebsites and passwords written, but not alphabetized, on four pieces of paper (adding more pages all the time) that got limper and more tattered and worn by the day; torn on the fold and messy with additions and pencil smears ~ I would have to “re-do” the whole thing every so often.

watercolor flowers

address book

Now I have a real book I can put everything in. Like here, under C, the phone number and email address for Customer Service at my Studio.

watercolor flowers

address book

It’s a hard-cover book with alphabet tabs that keep everything I need right at my fingertips.

organization

For instance, under M, for Mom, here are all the websites, user names and passwords I need in order to pay my mom’s bills online.  There are copies of her two credit cards, in case I need them. (These pages look a lot better in real life than they do in these photos ~ I didn’t think it would be very smart for me to show the world my passwords so I sort of squiggled them out; I knew you would be proud of me for the quick thinking.)

advice from mom

address book

Under G is my Google Password, and all my contacts with the people at Gladys Taber, my Gmail and Goodreads Passwords too.  Under S, I have web addresses for all the online places I like to Shop, passwords and usernames for shoes and sweaters and art supplies (sometimes I cross-reference and put art supplies under A, or U for Utrecht); under P, I have my Pinterest and Paypal account numbers . . . under C I have my Computer fix-it people, my Credit Card account numbers and contacts, and so on. I can pack this book up and take it with me no matter where I go! Very handy don’t you think? SO much better than my previous way of doing it.

address book

I thought maybe this was something you might want to do. And, just in case you don’t have an old address book lying around . . .

address book

I do!  Two in fact, you can choose! You like yellow?  We have yellow.  You like blue? We have blue!

Both come complete with alphabet tabs . . .

address book

They’re both in full color, binder style, they come with lots of pages. I blow on my fingernails, polish them on my sweater, say to myself, Brilliant!  It makes me feel good to be organized.

address books

And if you like it too, I have something for you!

A new drawing for these two “Internet Address Books,” one for our lucky winner, and one for the lucky winner to give away to her lucky friend! All you have to do is leave a comment and you’ll be entered into the drawing.  (NOTE: If the blog is mailed to you, you might not see a place to leave a comment, go directly to www.162.240.10.175/~susanbs3/susanbranch/, scroll to the bottom of this post, look for the tiny word “Comments” at the very end in tiny grey letters, click there to comment so you’re entered into the drawing.)  Vanna (she’s our virtual in-house Game Girl and “random number generator,” although she would hate to be called this) is on high alert, ready to do her job in a few days, to choose the winner.

So here in Smallville, all is well, even though it’s freezing outside . . .

And everything is coated in this crisp frozen-on snow crust . . .

The wind whistles and the shutters bang and ice crystals grace all our upstairs windows ~

Inside Smallville, it’s 72°, it’s organized (within reason) and as flowery and summer-like as  I need it to be while I paint for our new 2016 calendars.

What cute address books! I have looked at these for years and kept thinking that I should get one. I’m a procrastinator, so I didn’t do it!!
    Thanks for the thoughtful giveaway!
    Lynnette

    • Cathy Boggs says:

What a great idea! I have a notebook of passwords but it is not alphabetized and often difficult to find the one I want. Susan you not only make like more beautiful – today your idea made it easier. Thanks

  5. LINDA JUNE says:

So nice to see another blog entry from you! We had a long dry spell, and then a couple of them have been tumbling out to us. Wonderful! Thanks for the suggestion on how to keep organized with address books–love it 🙂

  7. Judy Lincicum says:

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the kitty fix, a really good one too! These pics are wonderful and I share your love of kitties. I got my first kitty when I was 12 and have never been without one. I am now 68! Normally I have more than one, but today I only have one at the moment. Homer is a mane coon, he is 14 and is used to being my “one and only” spoiled boy for the last 2 years. I lost his 2 brothers, and then there was “Homer”. My kitties have all been rescued and I’ve never purchased one from a breeder. Mine have all been so healthy and lived to a ripe old age. Jack is a masterpiece, Susan. He’s one of the most beautiful/comical kitties I have ever “met” and I just love seeing his pictures.
Thanks for the idea about the address book, and for all the pics of Jack and Girl.

  8. Susan: Loving this idea. I like the yellow address book. Please enter me in the drawing. I look forward to reading each of your blogs and can’t wait for your new book to be published.

  9. Debi Blue says:

    Love this idea!

  10. Dianne says:

Thanks Susan for sharing, organizing all our pwds, usernames expiry dates etc in
one book. I started hap hazardly in a ecletic notebook. I would love to win one of your books for that purpose. Your blog enables me to see places I never could afford to travel too. Thanks for sharing girlfriend !

  11. Charlotte J says:

I love the idea of using an address book for my internet information. Thank you for the opportunity to win your address book.

  12. Teri Jordan says:

I owned a bookstore for 30 years and sold tons of that address book……I used one myself for years until I dropped it and the binder broke and couldn’t find another one….since it was out of print….bummer….now I don’t use an address book anymore, but I really need a book to do what you did…..what a great idea…..and what a great giveaway……Thanks

  13. Tamara Leavins says:

I love your idea. Thanks for all the happy photos . . . they always make me smile.

  14. Marianne says:

I LOVE your blog! It is my favorite! You have inspired me to wash my china dishes and crystal! I would love to win the yellow address book.

  15. Joanie B from San Diego says:

Just checked in and was rewarded with a new blog AND a drawing, woohoo! Love your ideas and seeing your “smallville”. Smallville is actually a large place full of love because it’s where our hearts find JOY in the little things of life. So awesome to find kindred spirits who enjoy hearth and home!

  16. Colleen says:

What a wonderful idea. All those little pieces of paper stuck all over my desk would be gone. So enjoy your blog. Thanks for sharing.

  17. Paula says:

My address book is a mess. Hope I win the blue one. I love your blog.

  18. Mary Ann now in Knoxville says:

Hmmmmm, birds of a feather….. I’ve been using address books for all my internet and credit card info for years! It’s easy to have all that info in one handy place. That book travels with us whenever we go away for more than a day. But now it’s looking a bit shabby from the inked out IDs and PWs over the years. I need a new one very badly! It would be lovely to have a Susan Branch address book so I’m keeping my fingers and toes crossed that Vanna picks me!

  19. Cary from Cali (fornia that is) says:

    Dear Susan,
What a great idea!! Thank you for the Moon Bookmark, it is holding my place in the book given to me by my husband for Christmas. It is a Home Economics book from 1880!
    Cary

  20. Chrissy says:

I alphabetized my pass words in a note book and did not leave space for additions so the last portion is all a mish-mash of new businesses and passwords. My memory is very poor (on some things) so I do that bad thing of using essentially the same two or three with slight variations, which now that I think about it is probably worse than choosing a totally obscure word or phrase for each site.

  21. Fabienne says:

    Fabienne

    • sbranch says:

One of our Girlfriends from France, Fabienne, writes (courtesy of Google Translate):
I love your blog, I like everything, home, decor, cats, you. You make me dream every day in my little corner of France. I prefer the yellow folder.
Thank you for giving us the sweetness in these hard times that have come to France (I am Charlie).
      Fabienne

      My reply
Dearest Fabienne, thank you for writing ~ “Je suis Charlie” ~ everyone here says it too ~ we are in solidarity with your beautiful country; anything that touches you, touches us. So nice to hear from you, enjoy your day with all the little things, that no matter what, will always make life sweet. Hearts to hearts xoxo

  22. Bev Johnson says:

    Bev in Oregon

  23. Sandy Manning - Plano, TX says:

Oh I know all about those scraps of paper with login/passwords on them! Ha ha! I love your new address books. They are beautiful. I’m packing up the rest of my Christmas things. I have a lot and I’m anxious to be done! Blessings to you!

  24. Erin Skifter says:

great idea and beautiful books. I know just who I’ll share with if I win!

  25. Elaine from MN says:

I retired last spring (32 years in Early Childhood Special Ed.) and have been on a mission to organize all areas of my life ever since. Your address books would really come in handy! Keeping my fingers crossed. Come ooooooon Vanna!

  26. Hello, Susan. I love your blog, your posts make me better appreciate and enjoy my Smallville!! And of course I love your adress books! They are so cute… I wish I have one of them. Kisses from Spain

  27. Judi says:

Getting oranized is my big project for 2015 so this great idea is perfectly timed. Love the books. Thank you.

  28. Kimberly says:

What a *brilliant* idea. Passwords seemed to have multiplied at a rapid succession lately–I love this suggestion and will implement it post haste! Thank you!

  29. Joanne Wood says:

Susan – I’m the one who made a comment about finding the slim little Susan Branch spiral notebook that stands up. Any chance of bringing that back?

    • sbranch says:

We are looking into that too . . . I used to keep one in my purse and it was just very helpful for any sort of inspiration that came my way.

  30. Gwen Barath says:

Thanks, I will definetly use this idea. A good way to start the new year organized!

  31. Pat says:

I;ll trade my little corner for yours!

  32. Sylvie from France says:

Susan, I am happy that you are back on your blog. Twitter and Facebook are fine but they aren’t as enjoyable as your lovely artistic posts, well-written and full of wonderful photos.
I agree with you, what would we do without our pets ?. My kitty Othello is part of my life, he shares my joys and my sorrows. I love him so much.
Just a few more words to thank you for your concern via Twitter after the terrible events that happened to us last week.

    • sbranch says:

Still concerned, no one should have to live under such a threat. xoxo

    • Diane from Poulsbo says:

Sylvie, my heart goes out to you and your corner of our world! We love France and were very shocked at what happened. Prayers and peace and comfort to you!

  33. Karen C. says:

Thank you for a lovely post. I love the crackling fire. It looks so inviting. Your dishes look so sparkly after their little bath. Such an accomplishment. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for the contest. Best wishes to you and all for a terrific 2015.

  34. Karen C. says:

Oops, I had an incorrect email address for my previous posting. Just in case I win.

  35. Deanna Burke says:

I would love to win these address books! I love all of your art, but especially your sweetness. Thanks for sharing!☺

  36. Sherry Morrison says:

What a great idea! We have several of those tattered password sheets at our
house, too! I get tired of hunting for info on a regular basis! What a time
saver and so very cute, too!

  37. Carrie in Medina says:

Great organizing idea! Thank you for sharing it!

  38. Ellette says:

I too have tattered pieces of paper with passwords written all over them! Many crossed out and not even using any more. Thank you for the great idea and blue is my color! Just want you to know that I get a smile on my face every time I see a new post from you, thanks for sharing your corner of Smallville.

  39. Stephanie says:

In May, my husband and I crossed on the QM2 for our 50th anniversary. For Christmas my daughter gave me your book, ‘A Fine Romance…….’ I brought the book with me to Florida for a brief break from the cold of Minnesota. I am reading it, loving the stories, reading it aloud to my husband, rereading it, looking for books, ‘Elizabeth’s Garden’…, checking out your blog, realizing I have found a new friend. Thank you so much for being you and sharing you and yours!

  40. Judy Ann from Georgia says:

Dearest Susan: You are back in the groove and the blogs keeps coming. Yea! We missed you so! We were all so worried. Christmas just wasn’t the same without your decorating inspiration and recipes, but we totally understand and so glad you are feeling all better. Love the address binders. Would love to win to get my passwords organized. My daughter keeps saying, “Mother, why can’t you remember your passwords?” Absolutely love, love looking at all your glassware and dishes. Blessings and Happy New Year to you and all the girlfriends.
    Judy Ann from Georgia

  41. Tammie C. says:

I just love you, Susan Branch! Your blogs inspire me beyond measure!

  42. Patti says:

Thanks for the chance to win your address books. I do hope I win!

  43. Joan Lesmeister says:

Catching up with you all! Love this blog! 99 yr old Mom, Grace, coughed too hard & has a compression fracture in her spine…so painful. Rehab. has finch feeders hanging outside windows – dozen at a time feeding & what a smile bringer when pain free for a few minutes! Brilliant idea! Another brilliant idea, “organization….the key to success….”, and what a clever way to organize! Tell your Mom I love her quote! Love that you can help out your Mom too, Sue, what a blessing for her! Thanks for your generous prizes, Vana always picks the best winners! xoxoxo

  44. Marie says:

What a great idea! I too have tattered sheets of notebook paper for my passwords. I love the yellow one! thanks for the opportunity to win it and for the great idea if I don’t. Smallville is such a nice place.

  45. Regina Johnson says:

Hi Susan, You inspire me each time I read your blog. I would love to get organized with the cute little address books and I would love to share one too.

  46. Melissa Olson says:

Yes! I need a new address book ~ I realized when doing my Christmas cards this year that all of my addresses are getting “smeary” from the sheer number of address updates and last name changes over the years…..plus I’d really like to clear out the addresses I no longer need, like the ones for my ex-husband’s family!

  47. Doris Kelly says:

Another great blog entry, I particularly loved the quote by Gertrude Stein. A good reminder to not get overwhelmed with all the bad news of the world. I think a trip to Smallville is something we all need!

  48. anne weadon says:

Last year I gave my Mom your green-covered daybook, and she has faithfully recorded the events of her life for this whole year, along with memories from past years. She’s turning 90 on Saturday–guess I’d better get her another journal!

  49. Michele Maule says:

OMG! I never thought of making a website/password address book. What a great idea. I am trying to enforce my one word for this year: DECRAPIFY, and this would help me in the right direction. Last year, my artistic talent was awakened. I took a watercoloring journal class (which was fantastic by Rosemary Connelly, her studio Live Cheap and Make Art) on which I started following your blog. I had taken many art classes when I was younger, then had 3 boys and they are now old enough now, that I finally I have gotten me back, and it feels Great. Thank you for your inspiration!

  50. Betsy in Pennsylvania says:

I LOVE anything to do with being organized! What a great idea!!! My dear husband and I just moved into a smaller home, 960 sq. ft. I started packing months ago for the move and have been slowly unpacking and washing all my teacups and saucers, blue willow, Emma items and Burleigh ware. It makes me so happy to see all the pieces again and to set up my little home. Thank you for the chance to win! Have a wonderful day and stay warm xoxo

  51. Ginger says:

Great idea to keep track of passwords and user IDs! Mine are scattered in various places and never available when I need them. Looking forward to getting that area of my life organized. Love all your work ~ I think I have all of your books and can’t wait for your new one. Is your “breakfast book” still in the making? Eagerly awaiting!!
    Happy 2015!

  52. GABRIELA says:

I love you art, books and blog.

  53. Marcia Botdovsky says:

I’d love to do this!!! What a great idea!

  54. Jan Hammond says:

Susan, you brighten my winter days all the time! You’re a talented writer and artist! I can hardly wait for your new book to come out. I adore your “Falling in Love With the English Countryside.” I read it through on a annual camping and fly fishing trip in the Rockies when I first received it and now it sits by my chair in my/my husband’s den and I pick it up all the time to “relive” it all over again.
Thank you for your wonderful blog, too. Hoping to win the address books. (I have a friend, Gale, who loves you, too, and she’d like the blue.) My old address book is from 1998 and it’s a MESS! With fondness for all you do, Jan

    • sbranch says:

Did you send me a picture of A FINE ROMANCE on a camping trip with you? Someone did, and it’s such a cute picture! Say hello to Gale!

  55. Kay from Kansas says:

What a fantastic idea for an address book! I also have tattered papers with internet addresses, so organizing them in a yellow address book would be perfect! And Smallville is a great concept- Too much happening in the big world that we can’t seem to solve. My toasty fireplace, tea and laptop are cosy.

    • sbranch says:

Early childhood love and affection, fabulous education, and voila, half our troubles are over! I know, easier said (blah blah blah) than done. xoxo

  56. Nancy Mink says:

Thank you for your cheery inspirations. As another gal-pal from Smallville, I find your posts joyful and lovely. Many blessings to you in 2015!

  58. Carilyn Wolski says:

Hello Susan! You truly are an inspiration! Where do you get all of your energy? Your address book give-a-way is exciting!!!! Hoping Vanna does not get too frozen and cold in this snowy weather and can’t turn that wheel! Have a marvelous Monday Susan! Take care of yourself!

  64. Bev Wiedeman says:

Love your blog and all the kitty and china pictures! I’d love to have your address book! If I don’t win, I think I’ll just order it! Great idea to put in all your numbers and passwords in one of them!

Have a wonderful winter. It’s a time to go into “smallville” every day to keep us sane and keep our perspective on what is important! We get drug out of it all the time anyway, we need to enjoy it while we’re there! 🙂

  65. Kathy Sincock says:

Thank you, Susan, for this timely post. I just spent one hour on the phone with a very nice PayPal representative in the Philippines trying to get my account straightened out (which we did) and I am exhausted. So I came to your blog for a cure from the ‘BigWorld’ and found Smallville and your address book. How timely – I really need this to keep my Smallville home sane and the Big World outside. Bless you.

    • sbranch says:

I had a similar, quite lovely, conversation with Chase Bank tonight. I hung up and took a deep breath of relief and fell back into Smallville with a happy whimper.

  66. sandy says:

I have graduated from slips of paper, but could move up to a lovely address book:-) I love your blog – sandy

  67. Sandy Fox says:

Oh my! Hope you choose me! You should see my Internet Password Book! What a mess! So, Pick me, Pick me, Pick me! Next time I will write the entire thing in Pencil so I don’t have to keep marking the old passwords and entering new passwords (I am forced by companies to change them!)…….Good Luck to me!!
    Everyone have a great day!

  68. Cindy says:

What a clever idea…thanks for all the happiness that you bring to my day. If I have the fantastic luck of winning the address book, the blue would be my choice of color:)

  76. Linda K. says:

    Love this idea!

  77. Rae Ann R. says:

Hi Susan~Just getting back to my computer things after having the cold/flu for three weeks…don’t know if I’m too late for this give-a-way or not, but since I misplaced my address book somewhere…have searched and searched, but haven’t found it…y-e-t…a new address book would be really grand…Little Traverse Bay has frozen over…earlier than usual and we have had our share of lake effect and blizzard snow…we have lots more than your picture shows…I’m enjoying winter from inside the house…stay warm and cozy…xoxo…

  78. Mamey Brown from Upstate NY says:

  79. Rosemary says:

What a great idea for the address books…like many others, I have a book with tattered post-its, scraps of paper, scribbles and scratch-outs for those passwords that need to be regularly changed…I could use some organization in this New Year. Thank you for the opportunity to be a recipient of one of your treasures. -r-

  80. Peggy Cooper in Pueblo, CO says:

  84. Vicky in VA says:

I have used your calendars for years before I knew who you were! Would love to have an address book, and to share one with my daughter would be devine.

  85. Luci from Virginia says:

    Dear Sweet Susan,
Have taken a comment break since about July, but have read each of your posts and loved them all. My break started when I took the time off to read three of Gladys Tabers books, then made a trip to San Antonio, Texas for my 50th High School Class Reunion and Louisiana for my husbands. When we got back home we quickly got sucked up into the “holiday vortex” from Halloween through New Years. Glad to get back to the slower part of the year.
Loved the picture of your “working ” fireplace. It made the blog post so much cosier. The mug with the Pansy on it was so pretty. It is so sweet of you to have a drawing for the address books done by you and a clever way to use them. Belated Rabbit Rabbit for the first of the year and January. Your winter pictures are so pretty especially the one of the ice crystals on the window. I’m sure as an artist it must be humbling at times to see the beauty that God has wrought. Enjoyed the tiny sneak peek at the 2016 calendar. Is the kitten picture one of Girl Kitty’s baby pictures? I thoroughly enjoyed your recap of the year in pictures in your Begin Again, Happy New year post. In your Count Our Blessings post on Christmas Eve was the book page with Merry Christmas with the Lois Lenski illustration from the Betsy-Tacy series by Maud Hart Lovelace? Thank you for brightening my 2014 with all your positive uplifting posts. You are like extra sunshine to my day when you post a blog. On the other days I am comforted by your cookbooks, calendar or a cup of your teas . Thank you to Joe and the Kitties for their contributions too. I went back with this blog post to read ” Jack” kittys story again, he is just adorable. What a special and unique kitty. Is Blog Daddy going to get his cat this year? I’m waiting to give the shower. I am wishing you and your family a very special 2015.

The kitten was one that was already taken when I was cat shopping at the shelter, otherwise she would be mine now. Such an adorable sweet little kitty, the eyes just killed me. The book page was Lois Lenski, but from an old Christmas Book. Happy 2015 Luci!

Such a great idea. I plan on getting a smaller version address book for my office. I never remember my passwords or email addresses. Please let me win, Vanna….

  87. Hello Susan, Love this organizing idea…the essence of recycling and green living! Fun seeing your photos of cleaning gratification as well–I share your love of organizing at the start of the new year. Thanks for sharing thoughts, music and photos of everyday details and creative living! Excited to be entered into the contest. Thank you and happy Monday from Atlanta, Lisa

Love the address book….hard to be organized after retirement (translation: no pay unless you consider satisfaction!).

  89. Susan Lendermon says:

Great organizational idea. Love the dishes, too!
Your blog always makes me smile.

  90. Jackie Bienemann says:

What a great idea! My passwords are in a small spiral notebook that is falling apart so the binder would be good and oh so pretty! You are brilliant! Loved your blog on Downton. I am enjoying it! Have a great day!

What a great idea! I always see cute address books, but since I already have an address book, I don’t buy any new ones. Afterall, I haven’t filled up the one I have yet!! Thanks for the inspiration.

  92. Maria Gulden says:

I so need to organize the passwords for the family and myself – We have them written on small pieces of paper that get thrown into drawers in the office and kitchen and some are stored on our mobile devices. I would love to win these beautiful address books and get organized. Happy New Year!!!

  93. Diane from Poulsbo says:

Hi Susan…..I also live in Smallville and love it! I have a kitty and adored your blog about Jack. Jack really has to be one of the most handsome cats I have ever seen, and I cannot get enough of him. My own cat is handsome, of course, but the mustache makes Jack very dapper indeed. And I don’t know what I did or didn’t do wrong with my kitty, but he doesnt like to play any game except “grab the remote controls” when I hide them under a blanket or towel. I think you are very wise to not let Jack outside….I may drive by one day and you would never see him again! Don’t tempt me!
Two more things….Downton Abby last night was another fun one, and I was wondering if you watch the after show…”Manor of Speaking”? It is so funny!
The last thing is that I love your idea for using your address books in a new way! So smart….and I certainly could use getting organized…and I could even help my husband who leaves papers taped all over the desk cubbies and drives me crazy! You are an angel to the Girlfriends and we all appreciate and adore your heart. Thanks for all you share.

I, too, live in a small town….by choice…It’s as big a world as I need it to be….And ooooohhhhh, such a precious kitty! ^..^
Would be so happy to be entered into the drawing….and by the by, I prefer the yellow….
A lovely wintry day to you in your world, Susan!

Hi Susan and other Smallville residents! You have given such great ideas in re-purposing and re-organizing. I have new purpose now in getting my internet information organized! I have been putting my favorite blog sites, and other internet/technical stuff onto those little yellow post-it notes and putting them here and there for me to ‘happen’ on to later. I would be another organized Susan if you happen to choose me as a recipient of your address book and my sister-in-law, Carolyn, could be the recipient of the second address book. Why, she could be organized right along with me and I would even let her choose her color…great payback for the book of Chapman poems she gave to me, don’t you think?? Even if you choose some other lucky person, I still have your great ideas, and will implement them promptly. So, it’s a win-win no matter the outcome!

  96. Judie G. says:
