I have a Heart of the Home calendar at my desk, like Jessica, and I felt a little zing of excitement when I flipped the page on May 1. Oooooh–flower bowl!! I can’t wait ’til our next Food Day at work (which is pretty often.) 😉

    Hi Susan,

I think that you had an office in SLO that was at the end of Monterey St. I used to live at 667 Monterey in an old house that is now condemned and I remember my ex-sister-in-law Debbie Black taking me by there because I was such a fan of yours. I’ve also been to the cute store in Arroyo Grande that sells your merchandise,,,very cute! Loved living in SLO and now live in Solvang where my husband and I run a family grocery store called El Rancho Market. It has been there since 1968 when his father and mother bought the store.

    Anyway, just reminscing…

Well I’ll be, I’m planning a tea party the end of the month & a luncheon in June & you just gave me one more idea to wow the girls! You’re amazing, pretty much always giving me what I need – whether it’s a recipe, clever idea, heart warmers, beautiful eye feasts, & I could go on and on, but I don’t want your head to gain weight because you’re working so hard to lose a few pounds!!! You really rock (I think that’s how the kids say it) GF! Thank you! xoxoxo
