Just a little Valentine mood MUSICA for some of my very favorite people . . . ♥
Yesterday most of our snow had melted, the grass was green, and I was having little pangs of Spring Fever . . . and today, as the sun began to come up, I looked outside to one of the prettiest snowstorms I’ve seen in a long time.
Just a beautiful day on the island. My girlfriend Margot called at 6am to say, “You have to go look at the sunrise!” One look and I burrowed right back into winter . . .
And now, the wind is blowing clumps of snow off roofs and trees and making it look like it’s snowing, but it’s not.
It’s just adding to the romance of an already romantic day…
As does this . . .
It’s the feet I love the most.
I took Joe his breakfast a while ago. His Valentine’s present.
I made it in a cookie cutter.
Happy Valentine’s Day Girlfriends! I hope you’ve all received your Valentine Willards! Just as you read, we’re having a drawing for a pre-publication copy of my new book A FINE ROMANCE!

When the book comes in, I’ll sign it and send it to the lucky winner. Until then, especially for today, I’m sending you virtual chocolate kisses and red roses and hope (sweetheart or no sweetheart, no one needs a sweetheart to celebrate Valentine’s Day) that your day includes something special just for you. xoxo Make all your Valentine dreams come true no matter what and be your own darling sweetheart! Love you, THANK YOU! I’m thrilled about the book, you just have to know … yesterday, I wrote the ending and I made myself cry! Thank you for joining me on this book-writing adventure! xoxo P.S. Happy Valentine’s Day to Susan and Joe and to all my “blog” girlfriends. Hubby & I celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary last night and tonight its Valentines Day with our 2 grown boys and grandson. I have filled red valentine gift bags with lots of little goodies and candy treats for them(something I have been doing for them for many, many years) and hubby gets hand made hugs and kisses gift certificates which he can present to me at any time and I will either hug or kiss him accordingly. It can’t get any better than that… Can’t wait for the book.

Happy Valentine’s Day! I’m so excited to read your new book. Thanks for the opportunity to win a copy!
Happy Valentines Day to a sweetheart!
Willard was a valentine for me! Thanks! Your story of the calendar made me laugh, because I tried to order on your website in December, but they were sold out! Luckily for me I found one in the After Christmas Sale box at the market last week. 🙂
I am busy packing for a Caribbean cruise planned next week with my Mother in Law! She is taking me as a thank you gift for helping her care for my darling Father in Law. He passed away a year ago from Parkinson’s Disease. Because of your trip and your book, I am now inspired to keep a Cruise DIARY.
Can’t WAIT for “A Fine Romance”,
Susan Christmas
Happy Valentines Day! Your post today warmed my heart. You and Joe are so adorable. Thank you for sharing your life with us. I can’t wait for your book! I know it’s going to be beautiful and fun and filled with adventure and romance. I’d love to win the copy, but I’m preordering as well just in case Vanna doesn’t come through for me 😉

Christie
Happy Valentine’s Day and I can’t wait for the book either! Love the cover — its says England to me as well. Would love to win.
Fell in love with your books when I was working at a Waldenbooks Store in Richmond, Va,,,,many years ago. I live in South Carolina now. Love, love my birds,,love to cook,,,I’m a stitcher,,,I do a little gardening. A dear friend just recommended your beautiful blog to me,,,,so we’re connected again.
Would love to have your new book.
Mary
Susan, as usual, you’ve captured my heart with the sharing of your story about love! Joe is a lucky guy to have you to bring your special magic into his life! So, happiest of Valentine’s Day to the two of you–actually to the four of you…yes?
And eat some chocolate. No Valentine’s Day is complete without the smooth swirl of rich goodness melting on your tongue. Come to think of it–I think I need to follow my own advice, hmm.
Also I would love to be entered into the drawing for your new book. I’m so excited about it that I can’t wait!
Hi Susan
I keep competing here to get one of those precious prices to Switzerland! Now how many Swiss fans do you have? See… Of course I would love that book and cherish it. The special place of honor on my bookshelf has been reserved 🙂
I just started to read a love story about a young woman growing up in Martha’s Vineyard in the 1660s: Caleb’s Crossing. It’s based on a true story. Does not life write the best stories?
With a snowy hug from Switzerland,
Connie
You are so right . . . Hello and love to Connie in Switzerland!
I would absolutely LOVE to have a copy of your newest book. You see, I was on a transatlantic cruise last year while you were also on your cruise to England. When I got home, I continued to follow your travels. I am a huge fan of Beatrix Potter, I have been a fan forever and started collecting pieces of Wedgewood when I first went to England in 1980. You have introduced Cranford to me, Cornish Ware, and all of the other books and movies that you talk about in your blog. I look forward to your blogs and Willard …. and your newest book!
Soooo many names on this list…. if I win your book, I’m going to give it to my niece Jenny, whose hair is falling out as we speak. However, the greatest gift for me was the ‘girlfriends’ prayers, floating up to heaven and sprinkled down on Jenny and her little family. You are a good group. Thanks Girlfriends.
Sending an extra one right now, for Jenny . . . ♥
Karen,
“Prayer…is the expansion of yourself into the living ether….When you pray you rise to meet in the air those who are praying at that very hour and whom save in prayer you may not meet.” Kahlil Gibran I love the image this envokes.
I have kept Jenny on my prayer list and often think of all the FOSB who are also praying, as we rise to meet in the living ether.
God Bless,
Chris
What an awesome image that brings to my mind! I just got chills thinking about it! Thanks for sharing that, Chris!
I add my prayer for Jenny…God bless you!
xoxoDebbie
I just love you blog! It always seems to remind me that life is magical. Happy Valentine’s Day!
Happy Lovers Day…:) to you two….
Can’t wait to read your “our” book…if I don’t win it, I will certainly buy it….
xoxo
Happy Valentine’s Day to you and Joe! I just had flowers delivered from my 2 granddaughters, one is just 3 weeks old!! ) Such a sweet surprise. Hmmm, I’m eating a bit of chocolate leftover goodies from my bakery. A day to indulge!! Love kitty sleeping, yes they find such sweet comfy positions, their feet are divine and they look SO content! I ordered ‘A Fine Romance’ yesterday! I am so excited! Thanks for offering the the pre-sale. I can’t wait to have it in my hands. I’m sure you’ll be glad to have it finished. A wonderful journey for all. It looks beautiful. Enjoy the day!!
Now I am in the Valentine Mood!!!!!!! What a lovely post…Thank You!
Your new book looks fantastic. Happy Valentine’s Day to you, Joe and Jack and Girl <3
And happy Valentine’s day to you and Joe. Loved your last Willard!
Decisions. Decisions. How many books to order? At least two as I would not want to be fighting over who gets to read it first, it could become damaged in the fray!
I adore your books and would be thrilled to be chosen. Having passed the Susan Branch gene down to my daughter is the reason two books are needed! She has now become a collector also of Emma B. Such is the good life!
I’m a gene — you have made my day!
Happy Valentine’s Day, Susan! I only discovered your blog a few weeks ago and have been reading until I’m about blind! 🙂 I have so enjoyed the “warm fuzzies” I get when reading about your cozy home with fire blazing inside and snow outside! Today I received my first Willard and I’m excited about that! I haven’t read it yet…wanted to savor it!! Thanks for all you do!
Welcome to the neighborhood Hope! xo
Happy Valentine’s Day to you and all the girlfriends! Can’t wait for A FINE ROMANCE! In the meantime, hoping Vanna picks me!
Happy Valentines! I am really looking forward to your new book, and if Vanna doesn’t choose me for a signed copy, I’ll be on the pre-order list for it!
Happy Valentine’s Day! We have green grass and sunshine today – a perfect ‘springtime is coming’ day. But when I see your pictures of the snow, I am glad to know that we have some coming here this weekend. Not quite ready for spring yet, I do love the snow. Stay warm!
Happy Valentine’s Day to you & your sweetheart. Thank you for giving one of us a chance to win your newest book so that the winner can retravel the wonderful English trip you took. I’m looking forward to the very first Willard, ever, for me. He still hasn’t made his appearance, though.
Let me know . . . I think Kellee will be putting it up on our Facebook page in a couple of days, if not sooner.
Happy Valentine’s Day Susan!
I just love the cover & title of your new book! Both my Mom (Pamela) and I enjoyed going on your journey to England with you. We have always had a fascination for England. Our dream is to go there together and see The Lake District, Jane Austin’s home, and tour English gardens and countryside. How thrilling it would be to have your book as our guide into the world of Gardens and Romance! I told her we could be like the ladies in The Enchanted April and just find a place to rent with several ladies. Wouldn’t that be a thrilling adventure?! I will be pre-ordering your book just as soon as I finish typing. I plan to give my Mom your book as a surprise! Since she does not have a computer, I have been sharing your blog with her and she keeps asking me when your book will be done. The anticipation has been so exciting for us both. I can’t wait to tell her now. We both admire you and love you! Your “Williards” are such a special treat and give us an extra dose of sugar and sunshine we need for the day! Thank you for adding your beautiful winter wonderland pictures. We don’t ever get to see that here in Florida. Thank you Susan for sharing your amazing talent, your beautiful life, your cherished friendship, and love for romance with all of us! We Love You!
Tonya
I am verklempt by the sweetness of your comment. xoxo Tell your mom I said hello!
Oh I told my Mom the news and she is SO excited! I also told her you said hello. There was a pause on the phone and then she said really?! I wish I could’ve seen her face! Thank you Susan! Hope you had a wonderful and romantic Valentine’s! xxoo
I am SO thrilled that the book, THE BOOK is almost done! Cannot wait, counting the minutes! Your generous gift of sharing your trip with us via your blog was so wonderful and brought many smiles and laughs at my house! THANK YOU for always being so loving and kind to us! Sending you big ole hugs from TX!
Wonderful V-day post! Can’t wait for the book to arrive 🙂 I am treating myself and my beautiful daughters to a lovely ‘Gal’entine’s dinner!
“Gal- entines” Too cute!!!!! :>)
I am SO EXCITED about your new book! Thanks for sharing your life with us….and Happy Valentine’s Day to you, Joe and the kitties!
the LOVEly-est Day of the year….♥ Hugs and Kisses xoxoxoxoxoxxox
Let’s make every day a Valentine’s Day….filled with LOVE ♥
Susan, thank you for reminding me to appreciate the little things in my home, marriage, and life with your thoughtful and joyful blog postings. I look forward to seeing them in my inbox, as though waiting to hear from a friend. Happy Valentine’s Day to you and your adorable husband.
I LOVE YOU GIRLS! Have you read your wonderful comments? They are so interesting, so sweet, so many great stories, so funny — and just plain dear! I’m sorry I didn’t get to answer many today, but the server has been acting up. I guess because of all the activity, the inner workings are slow! Hope it’s been OK for you! Sending big love xoxo
We love you too Susan! Reading all the girlfriend’s comments is such a wonderful part of each of your posts. I enjoy reading them and seeing how many good and kind people there are in the world. No worries about not getting to answer many today. I think most of us comment so you know how much we love and appreciate you. xoxoxo
You are so sweet Marie! Just wanted to say, I have gotten letters in the mail from people since my first book, the nicest people in the world, I always knew this goodness was out there, I always wanted these people to be able to meet, I never in a million years thought it would actually be possible! It’s so great! ♥ ♥ ♥
You always bring such happiness to my e-mail. Love all your posts and so excited about your new book! Can’t wait to see and buy it. Happy Valentine’s Day Susan.
Susan you are SO good to us! I am so excited and can’t wait for your new book (although I won’t go so far as to wish away the upcoming spring and summer months!). It all looks so wonderful and even a teeny tiny chance at being picked by Vanna would be the best! Thank you for bringing so much happiness to our lives, truly. I always do a little happy dance when you pop into my mailbox and won’t allow myself to look at it (even a peek!) until I am in the proper place, with a lovely cup of tea, and I can focus on it fully. And I am never dissapointed. Have a most delightful Valentine’s Day!
I loved the Willard and am anxiously awaiting the book to come out. In fact after I write this comment I am going over to your store and ordering one of the books. I can’t wait until it comes out. Winter seems to look more special in your area than in mine. We have had lack of snow and many overcast days. I am tired of looking at the gloom. Too bad your book is not coming out right now as I am sure it is going to be a “pick-me-up” and I could sure use one today.
Happy Valentine’s to you and Joe. I hope you have a special day. Now I am onto ordering my book.
Happy Valentine’s day to you too. I’m so excited to hear that A Fine Romance is nearly complete. I’ll be ordering it, for sure.
For the first time since I subscribed, I didn’t get the Willard and it’s not in my spam folder so I’ll re-subscribe. I always look forward to them. Thank you!
Woohoo! It worked for me this time when I ordered the book! Maybe adding the cute little mouse doorstop to the cart made the magic happen. 🙂 Now, along with everyone else, I will be waaaaaaaiting for the book to arrive. It’ll be almost as bad as having to wait for Downton Abbey! Thank goodness we have your blog to tide us over.
Happy Valentines Day! Can not wait for your book to come out. Truely hope to be the winner—that would be so special! I enjoy your blog postings and also Willard. Give those cute kitties a hug! They are darling.
It’s also “Random Acts of Kindness Week”!! How cool is that…..fits right in with hugs and love and Valentines. Willard was wonderful, the book will be wonderful, and you are wonderful for sharing all of it with us! God bless you (and Joe)!
Our Dearest Susan,
Love, Love, Love to you and Joe(and of course those scrumptious kitties!) You always send us the most wonderful surprises. A Willard AND a little Valentine all in one day! Sending hugs and kisses your way. XOXO
Tina
Happy Valentine’s Day!!! I love a good snowstorm, or just snow in general, I should say. Your photos are lovely. And, I have to say I was so excited to see that your book is ready for pre-ordering! Am looking forward to every single page!
A zippity-do-dah day! We are so blessed by nature! Happy Valentine’s Day!
Susan:
Happy Valentine’s Day to you as well! oh I do love that cookie cutter, that is the cutest thing ever! You are the most thoughtful person I ever met (well I mean almost met). Thanks as always for the lovely post! I am saving my Willard for the weekend read.. so I can enjoy every minute of it! Noelle
Wow! I can’t believe the book is so close! It seems like just yesterday we were watching your ship. Happy Valentine’s Day to all! And one more thing, yes, it is indeed all about the feet, the FEET! (and sometimes the little pink noses and peek-a-boo tongues!)
Susan,
Loved your Valentine blog. But then again, I love all your blogs! Your line about celebrating Valentine’s Day if you have a sweetheart or not made me think of Agapi Stassinopoulos’ blog that I read just today that was about just that – celebrating yourself on this day even if you don’t have someone special. I’ve read her book Unbinding the Heart and I think you would like it. Of course your heart is definitely unbound as you share it with us all the time! But it’s a good book. Hope you and Joe have a wonderful day. Like everyone else, I would love to win your new book. I will definitely buy it if I don’t, but having it signed by you would make it all the more special.
Sue in Fl.
Happy Valentine Day, Susan and Joe! I loved the pictures of you and he…A smashing couple, I must say! I made special brownies for my love with chocolate chips, marshmallows and nuts and presented them to him in a special dish with a “You’re Sweet” tag attached to it. I think they sent you this snowstorm just for Valentines Day :))
Yea you! Finished that wonderful book and yea us that we’ll soon get to see it! Happy Valentine’s Day to you and Joe! Oh, those lovely little cat feet! I just love to nuzzle my dog Annie Laurie’s feet and kiss them. She doesn’t seem to mind, either!
Tonight I’m making grilled steaks and our favorite lemon pasta….your Lemon Linguinni from your Summer Book but I use corkscrew pasta. We both just love it and it is my go to side dish! Then he’ll Drive Miss Daisy (me, because I don’t see well at night) to bell practice at church and home again for turtle brownies and ice cream! Good times!
Happy Valentines Day
I feel like we are friends, because I have read your books and now your blog for so many years!
Also I have 3 furry little “darlings” that my husband and I just adore.
Thank you for all the joy that you bring into so many lives!
Sandy
Happy Valentine’s Day to you, Susan, and Joe….and to all of the wonderful people reading Susan’s blog! Spread the LOVE….
Happy Valentine’s Day to you, Joe, the kitties, and all the girlfriends! My husband bought one of your Lenox plates for me on eBay as a Valentine’s gift. As soon as I read Willard yesterday, I went to the website and pre-ordered 3 copies: one for me, one for my sister, and another for a friend. I can’t wait to see it, and hope you’ll be coming to New York for a signing.
Happy Valentines Day! So good of Mother Nature to give a dusting of
snow for you this morning to freshen up the landscape. Just like a coating
of confectionery sugar. Makes everything clean and pure.
Happy Valentines Day. This is one of my favorite days.
Merry Valentine’s Day! I hope everyone is having a great day. I am looking forward to ‘A Fine Romance’ to relive the wonderful English dream.
A loverly day to you and thank you for brightening my days. I am pre ordering your newest book just in case I don’t win, then I’ll still win.
Happy Valentines Day Darling Susan! Thank you for making the world a prettier place!
Susan, Happy Valentine’s Day to you and Joe! Can’t wait for your new book! But, I also love the “anticipation!”
Happy ♥ Day Susan and Joe!
My mother was an Army nurse and was stationed in England during WWII. I would love a copy of your book to possibly see what she saw through her eyes while she was there. Of course it’s all different during war time and peace time. But…..
Happy Valentines Day, Susan and Joe! Love your emails! Makes my day!!
Happy Valentine’s Day Susan … you are a true romantic. Feeling a bit like Anna in the King of Siam without a true love of my own these days, but wait … God has blessed me with the most precious grandson, six months old, a beautiful cherub, a gift from heaven, so I have found True Love at last! Would appreciate winning your book, but if I don’t, will be buying it for sure.
Happy Valentines Day.
Love everything you do, also love your home. I hope I win your book, but I am buying it anyway and if I do win I will give a copy to my girlfriend.
Suzanne
Happy Valentine’s Day…loved your post today. I haven’t received the latest Willard, but will keep checking my e-mail. It is a beautiful “taste of spring” day here, but winter returns tomorrow.
A beautiful Valentine to all of us. I was so excited about a pre-order of A Fine Romance and just got my order in, but still get me to Vanna! LOL. I can’t wait to get my hands on your book and compare our views on the Lake District. I may be missing something and will need to see it next time I am there.
Treese/Colorado Cowgirl.
Love, love, love the Valentine’s Day blog. Can’t wait for A FINE ROMANCE. Take good care, Susan. You never disappoint.
Michele
Happy Valentines Day Sue and all the girlfriends –
Loved reading Willard yesterday and was THRILLED to hear the book is going to be ready soon. I placed my order yesterday but would love to have my number drawn by “Vanna”. Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us Sue.
I want to wish you and Joe the best Valentine’s Day ever!
Hi Susan,
As I was reading your blog today, and of course it made me think of the very first time I fell in love…
I was 3. My dad was in the Air Force and we’d just been transfered to San Antonio, TX. – it was 1965. Over walked this very blond little 3 year old named Garrett to say hello and walked straight into my heart. His first words to us in a very Texan accent “Helen’s sick”. Helen was his 2 year old sister. She peddled around in his metal red fire truck with her purse swinging on the ladder.
For the next 2 years, Garrett and I were inseperable. We went to nursery school together, played on the swings and teeter totter, hunted Easter Eggs and I may still have his valentine he gave me, although, I’m not 100% certain… For our class picture he was allowed to sit in the front row (the only boy to do so) right next to me.
In 1967, the Air Force sent his dad to Washington DC. My mom said he was going to live near the president. I still have bad feelings towards Johnson because of that….
That was so long ago, but I guess one never forgets first love.
Sigh…
Nancy
Happy Valentine’s Day to you, Joe, Jack and Girl!
Happy Valentine’s to you too!
I can’t wait for the book to come out! I’m so excited to see it. I love reading your blog and the “Willards”! Your drawings are so inspirational. Thanks for the chance to win your book. I already have it on my wishlist to buy, as soon as it becomes available.
Happy Valentine’s Day, Susan. The corgis and I are having a wonderful holiday. The sun is shining and the temperature is 70 degrees here in Waco, Texas. Ordered my copy of A Fine Romance as soon as I got my Willard. Can’t wait to “retake” your trip with you.
Happy Valentines Day Susan and Joe and Girl and Jack! Loved my Willard and the new blog today. Can’t wait to try that Toffee Pudd. I can’t believe the Book is finished!!! I was sooooo excited, will be pre-ordering my copy today. The bookmark is adorable too. Thank you Susan, for all you have given us.
I am very excited about your new book. Something nice to look forward to this Fall. Happy Valentine’s Day!
Happy Valentine’s Day!! Love all the pictures of the snow! It’s almost 70 degrees here in Plano, Texas… a truly beautiful day!
Happy Valentine’s Day! Looking forward to your new book. Enjoy the snow, it looks so beautiful.
I’ve just read the new Willard and I love, love, love your new book – but what about us in Europe (Denmark) how do we get an early copy of your book?
Please give us a chance too
Lots of love and thank you for making your lives a little brighter
Birgitte

Jill

Debbie
Happy Valentine’s Day! What a wonderful one this is for you Susan, finishing your book!
The musica was just perfect for me because I have a short story to go with it.
My boyfriend at the time “opened” for the Paltters in Atlantic City, he was in a band. I was able to go down to AC on a bus & I got to see my first ever live performance.
So when I hear this song my heart just fills with love. It is a song I have loved over the years & I used it to express my love for my hubby, 47 years this July 2nd.
What I did today for my Valentine’s was to pamper myself with a manicure & pedicure.
So turn up the musica and enjoy! Dance, dance, dance or just sway to the music and enjoy the Love it is sending to everyone. 🙂
Hi Susan, I love the bookmarks every month that I can print out on card stock. I make one for me and my sister and then for several of my girlfriends. I don’t know that they need that many but they get them anyway! So far they haven’t requested that I quit giving them to them so….. thanks for the bookmarks!
Reading that you cried when you wrote the ending to your book made me get a little teary-eyed. 🙂 I can’t wait to read it. I know it’s going to be your best one yet!
Happy Valentine’s Day to all of you!
AHA!!!…Just re-read your blog post…did I see a sneak peek of a very special bookmark???…you’re pretty sneaky Susan…you keep us guessing and give us such special gifts in every thing you write…xoxo…
THANKS!!!…
Happy Valentine’s Day, Susan & Joe! When I received the Willard, I emailed my girlfriend to let her know about “A Fine Romance” coming out in the fall. I pre-ordered for the both of us last night. We collect your books as we love your artwork & all the info you packed into each & every book. I am a huge collector of Valentine ephemera (love the 1920s/30s era), heart jewelry, Valentine figurines, etc. Love your Valentine decorations. When I saw the “Sue & Joe” heart, it reminded me of my parents, Sue & Joe. They would have been married 64 yrs this past Oct, but Dad passed away due to complications from his heart surgery 2 weeks before their anniversary. Mom will be 86 on Sun. Dad would have been 86 on 2/21 (he was 4 days younger than her). They met in post-war Germany in 1948 when Dad was in the Army Signal Corps & married 6 months later. So thank you for letting me remember my parents on this special day. To the girlfriends on this site, Happy Valentine’s Day to you! Always have a song in your heart. (Yes, that is also the name of a favorite song of mine.) Love, Barbara…who is wearing a red top, heart earrings & a heart necklace that hubby gave me…XOXOXOXOXOXOXOX
Willard brightened my day, thanks so much for your creativity and generosity…excited to see the new book
Happy Valentine`s Day to you & Joe . I can`t wait to see your new book ! You make me want to go back to England soooo badly ! I would live there if I could . Guess I`ll just have to live vicariously thru your posts & Book ! <3
Susan…..I bought Heart of the Home at my daughter’s elementary school book fair and was “hooked” immediately. I think I now have ALL of your books and just finished reading Love again last night for the umpteenth time. Something new always pops out at me each time I read one of them. My daughter is now 37 yrs old and I just preordered a copy of A Fine Romance for each of us. You are a Wilson family tradition. Thank you for reminding us what’s really important in life and retaining the basic values of well lived life. Love, love, love on Heart DAY…xo
Thanks for your Valentine hug. I’m returning Butterfly Kisses.
I’m going to be positive and say…I can’t wait to win your book.
Thanks for the opportunity.
Happy Valentine’s Day to you and Joe!!!! Love is in the air everywhere today!!!
A buddy and I here in CA haven’t received WILLARD and it is 12:30 p.m. and we checked spam. Perhaps a fellow reader would email it: [email protected]?
So excited to see what you shared in Willard about what is bound to be my all-time favorite book.
Placed my order two days ago for 20. Yep, I plan to share random acts of kindness by way of giving your book on England, my one and true love, not only to friends anx family but to strangers. Some one may find it in their hotel room or when it is their turn at the toll booth. Maybe I can.be the goodwill ambassador not only for A.F.R. but also my beloved England.
A Fine Romance will ALWAYS have a very special place in my heart.
You doll Carrie … Kellee just sent me the link… WILLARD xoxo
Thanks for a great Willard and Valentine’s post. Ever year I make my own Valentines and this year it was a swag like you did at Christmas and it says
L O V E in calligraphy. Big hit! The book looks wonderful.
I enjoyed your photos, (especially the kitty feet) and I’m enjoying Valentine’s Day in Florida with my own true love of 46 years, my kittens, chocolate labs, beautiful birds around our feeders and beautiful deer who come each night to eat the corn we leave them in our own little paradise. My children have homes on each side of me and I love to share your blog and photos with my grandchildren. Thank you for taking the time to show us your world. I am so looking forward to your new book.
Hello Susan:
This is my first attempt to write to you. I was reading your blog yesterday, and noticed how many of the girlfriends had already received their copy of Willard and were so excited about the give-away of your newest book. I had not received my Willard, but followed the trend of so many of the girlfriends and quickly pre-ordered my copy. I did not want to miss out. I love your blog, and cannot wait for each new one to see what you, Joe, and your sweet kitties are up to. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Well, I started order my very own copy of “our” vacation of a lifetime and then added one for my girl friend and then added one for my other girl friend. So far I only have pre-ordered 3 copies, but I still have until the end of the month, right? I can’t wait for my Christmas present!!!!
