Just a little Valentine mood MUSICA for some of my very favorite people . . . ♥
Yesterday most of our snow had melted, the grass was green, and I was having little pangs of Spring Fever . . . and today, as the sun began to come up, I looked outside to one of the prettiest snowstorms I’ve seen in a long time.
Just a beautiful day on the island. My girlfriend Margot called at 6am to say, “You have to go look at the sunrise!” One look and I burrowed right back into winter . . .
And now, the wind is blowing clumps of snow off roofs and trees and making it look like it’s snowing, but it’s not.
It’s just adding to the romance of an already romantic day…
As does this . . .
It’s the feet I love the most.
I took Joe his breakfast a while ago. His Valentine’s present.
I made it in a cookie cutter.
Happy Valentine’s Day Girlfriends! I hope you’ve all received your Valentine Willards! Just as you read, we’re having a drawing for a pre-publication copy of my new book A FINE ROMANCE!

Happy Valentine’s Day Susan and Joe!! Enjoy the kitties by the fire…
Happy Valentine’s Day. I hope it has been lovely. I have to share a little ditty with you. MY dear hubby..whom I call my Mr. Darcy…has never sent me roses in our 22 years of marriage…he is the most loving man I could ever ask for and this year he had to be gone on Valentine’s Day and sent me 6 roses to my school where I work and I was so surprised I had tears of joy. He didn’t want me to think he had forgotten. So sweet to my heart. Have a great evening
Happy Valentine’s Day! I’ve been looking forward to your book since you first mentioned writing it. I can’t wait to see how it turned out. I’d love to be part of the drawing and I’ll be getting a copy of the book even if I don’t win!
Thanks for the virtual Valentine!
Happy St. Valentine’s Day, Susan! What a fun post! I am very excited about your new book because everything you do give me pure and simple joy!

Oh would love to win this book! It would make a great Valentine present to me!
Anticipating your new book today even more after reading both Willard and your Valentine’s Day blog. What a double treat over double shots of espresso.
Leaving this comment to enter for the book drawing.
Next action item is printing two bookmarks for the book on card-stock and then laminating both–one for me and one for my Forever Girlfriend. We and the bookmarks will be all set for the day the books lay open are in our hands.
Happy Valentine’s Day!…The sweetest day of the year. I’ll be watching When Harry Met Sally tonight. The bookmark is adorable. So looking foward to the book. In the mean time I’ll pull LOVE from the Heart of Home off my shelf:)
Beautiful post as usual 🙂 I plan to purchase one of your books, but would love a signed one even more.
Oh Happy Day!!! I mean…Happy Valentine’s Day to you! I had a wonderful lunch with my beloved, Brownie and now I’m sitting…..just sitting and cutting out paper hearts. He had to go back t work, but I am footloose and fancy free, as they say. I loved the latest “lovely” blog entry. Makes me smile and the creativity oozing from your house, makes its way to mine…..just not so much as I’d like….so, cutting out paper hearts for the windows. Oh, and I purchased my book yesterday as soon as I read Willard!! So much anticipation! Not sure how I’ll ever wait, but it DOES give us something to look forward to having in our hot little hands soon. Thank you Susan for the gifts you share with us each time we hear from you!! XOXO….willa
I love how you put your heart in everything you do! Hope your Valentine’s Day is a lovely one as you make mine.
Happy Valentine’s Day!! I’m so glad that we may pre-order your new book. I have a collection of books about London and England. My ancestors were from the Channel Islands (Guernsey). I hope I get to visit England some day. I have done a lot of traveling vicariously.
It would be great to win the advance copy of the book. . .I don’t know if I can wait until fall to read it!!!
HAPPY Valentine’s Day to you and Joe!
LOVE the sneak peeks from the book..look such an amazing journey!
Hi Susan,
Happy Valentine’s Day to you and Joe. Nice to receive Willard today! I’m from Holland and live ‘nextdoor’to England. I’ve been there many times and can’t wait to read your book for to remind me of some beautiful places. I love England 🙂
Marion
Happy Valentine’s Day, Susan! I’m throwing a dinner party for single ladies only (and me, but my husband is at a meeting!) inspired by your Love book. <3
I LOVE how you cooked the egg in the cookie cutter…so clever!!
Can’t wait for the book. Always appreciate your talent. The art and your writings….the things you love, I do too. I always buy your calendars and hang them in my kitchen….. I have an old 1927 cottage house, and my tastes are very similar to yours….your kitchen, cat (I have six barn and one pet), most everything you post is so enjoyable for me..it just gives me a cozy, warm feeling..
I’m a product of the 60’s too.. (I collect old colanders…have over 250 hanging all over, mostly on walls, many on an old upside down sled over my center island. I even made an old colander hanging light over my sink…you’d love it!!) Thanks for sharing so much of your life with all of us. Happy Valentines Day girlfriend…..♥
Susan, oh Susan, I pre-ordered your book as soon as I finished reading the Willard! I am so excited. Happy Valentine’s Day and enjoy the pretty snow!! Robin.
Happy Valentine’s Day Susan! A perfect day today . . a beautiful early Spring day in Wales, and I got out to do some gardening . . a Willard in my inbox (huge thanks ♥) and I’ve pre~ordered my copy of “A Fine Romance” . . now I am pretending to be patient 🙂 This helps to salve my sorry state . . for last week I lost the entire flat roof of my laundry room to the gales and storms and two days ago my ‘best friend’ food mixer finally went to the Great Cookie Tin in the Sky . . going to Mixer Heaven still with Shrove Tuesday pancake batter on the beaters . .
Happy Valentine’s Day to you and Joe 🙂 Just baking my own cookies and making chocolate covered strawberries – our favorite.
I pre-ordered this lovely book, but a sneak peak would be wonderful and a copy to share with my best friend. Thank you for this wonderful little corner of the internet.
Happy Valentines Day to you and your sweetheart! I love the heart shaped egg. Made your cream scones in a heart shape for my valentine. Thanks for the Willard and the Valentine post. 2 times the love today. How exciting for you….the completion of your book. We all feel so blessed to have been a part of it. You are the best! xoxo
Happy Valentine’s Day, Susan! Yes, please enter me for the drawing for your book. Thanks for the giveaway.
Hi Susan! Happy Valentine’s Day! I would like to nominate my mother(Tina) as the winner of the signed copy of your new book. She is by far one of your biggest fans! She is going through a lot right now as far as money & marriage and I really think such a precious signed gift from you would give her a little hope & happiness! Many moons ago when I was little(I’m 25 now so it has been quite a while!) and she was a single mother with just me I know she would write to you and I believe you wrote back to her on multiple occasions and she always spoke so highly of you for doing that:)
Thanks!
Kelly-Anne
A Happy Valentine’s Day to you too Susan! I’m very excited to have pre-ordered my book!! Can’t wait to see it and once again “visit” England with you. I have introduced you to my boss, and she adores your blog now as well. She does as I do and saves them to read as a “treat” once work is done or as a calming break in the day when work is just too much. I am just as excited to share my book with her as I am to read it myself. Should I be the very lucky recipient of a signed copy, then I will give her one for her very own!! 🙂 Enjoy your beautiful, snowy, cozy, wonderful New England Valentine’s Day.
Thanks so much for the latest Willard and the beautiful Bookmark! I printed it out on matt photo paper and it looks and feels lovely. Can’t wait for the book to be published, as I live in East Sussex, England, and you visited places nearby. Do so enjoy your blog!!
Hi JanP,
Love your part of England! A friend took me to her cousin’s country home in Herstmonceux during the Golden Jubilee celebrations in 2002. We visited Beachy Head and laid our bellies right at the edge of the cliff even though it was blowing a gale (not too clever of us 🙂 ), Seven Sisters, Eastbourne, Pevensey Castle with the moat, East Dean, Burwash – Bateman’s, Alfriston and ate at the Star Inn and visited the Clergy House….walked the cobblestone streets of Rye, Battle, Senlac, Heathfi eld and Rushlake Green.
My how I envy you living in such an idyllic county of England!!!
Happy Valentine’s Day! I was so excited to get my Willard today and to hear about how far you’ve come on the book! That must feel so great 🙂 Can’t wait to read it soon!
Your book is going to make a wonderful travel guide!
I can’t wait for your new book! One of my favorite things to do is lay in bed with my stack of your books and slowly go from page to page looking at all your drawings (I read them too :-), you write really well).
Hi Susan
Happy Valentines day to you!! Loved your sweet valentine Post. I love all your blog posts. What a treat to have a small snow storm for Valentines day. I love the idea of the egg in the heart cutter. I will have to remember that. I am making Heart shape pizzas tonight for dinner. Hope your day is wonderful Susan. I sure hope I win that book. Well its okay if I don’t, I will just buy it then 🙂
happy day Susan
deezie
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for the Sticky Toffee Pudding recipe!!!! On a recent trip to Australia I became totally addicted to this tremendous dessert. In fact, my husband and I revisited a particular restaurant so often (to enjoy the pudding) that the chef gave me the recipe. Two small problems, however – it uses the metric system, and it is a recipe for a restaurant-sized amount! Now I have a recipe that I can actually use, in a realistic quantity!
I am so looking forward to your upcoming book, and plan to pre-order right away. Of course I also hope to win one of your special copies – to add to my collection of Susan Branch books. Thanks again, Susan.
What a happy coincidence! Good timing Ann!
Just thinking about having a new Susan Branch book feels like a present! CanNOT wait!!
Ooo – ooo – ooo – pick me, pick me! Vanna, can’t you see me waving my hand in the air?
Happy Valentine’s Day from not so sunny Florida , today cold and rainy, Saturday and Sunday will be down in the 30’s. Looking forward to my first book of yours. I am enjoying the 2013 Calendar!
Happy Valentine’s day!
The end is bitter sweet! Sweet for all of us girlfriends as we can’t wait to see the book. Congratulations on completing the project. Glad to hear your going to celebrate with a trip as it is well deserved! Love the snow pictures ! Stay warm! Happy Valentines Day !
Everything about your blog is fun! I love that you make everything an adventure!!
Dear Susan-
Happy Valentine’s Day to you too!!! I am concerned because I have not received any of the Willard’s last year and this year–is there someone to call or some way to find out why I don’t seem to be receiving them? Didn’t you used to post the old ones online? It is very disappointing to not be able to read them; I was one of the people who used to get your “Willards” in the mail! Please help! Thanks and enjoy this special day.
Look in you spam folder Deborah, that’s almost where they always are … and let me know tomorrow if you don’t get it.
Happy Valentines Day! I’m very much looking forward to your “Fine Romance.”
Happy Hearts Day, Susan!
Yesterday was like Christmas when Willard arrived. I was reading, and reading and couldn’t wait until I scrolled down to find the link to order “A Fine Romance”!!! I’m so excited and ordered the Emma Bridge heart tea/coffee cup also, to have so that I can curl up with tea and your book. Hopefully they will both arrive late in March around my birthday so I can celebrate “in England.”
You should be so proud of your efforts and the joy you share through your work. It’s such a respite to come to your blog, read all the lovely thoughts, see the adorable paintings and know that in this world there is somewhere to snuggle in with you and the kitties and escape the depressing media stories.
Thank you for all you do. Feeling “spring-ey” because it’s sunny here in Spokane, WA, and my snowdrops are up! Time to cut some forsythia to force and check my pussy willow branches to see if the catkins are soft and furry.
Hugs and Love on Valentine’s Day,
Susan in Spokane
Happy Valentine’s Day to all — especially sweet Jack.
Happy Heart’s Day from deep in the <3 of Texas!
I just returned from three weeks in (and traveling to and from) CA where my only cousin has terminal cancer. I brought back a car load of her paintings and family photos and “treasures”. I’ve been crying and sorting and crying and sorting and then you brought me the message that life is full of good things, and I know I will be happy again. I realize that death is inevitable for all of us, but it really hurts when you lose someone you’ve known for 74 years who gave you unconditional love.
Today was pretty dismal until I opened my emails. Your Willard, Valentine blog and the comments from The Girlfriends were just what I needed to remember that there’s still a lot of love in this world – even from people we’ve never met.
I made a promise to myself that next year I’ll celebrate Valentine’s Day BIG TIME and spread so much love to everyone, they’ll think I’ve gone a little goofy.
A friend just introduced your website to me and I find it charming. I have had pleasure giving Valentines and sending to my Great-Granchildren (7). I have been a widow a number of years but had a romantic husband who always did something special for me. Good luck on the book–I hope I win it as I am a prolific reader. I discovered I have had a little box of your note cards for years a friend gave me and I love them. Now I know who you are. It is a nice surprise in my day. Thank you for your cheerful uplifting words & lovely art.
What a fine romance! Happy Valentine’s Day!
Linda L in Tx
Susan, reading you and looking at your photos and watercolors is like entering dreamland!
Loved the Willard, thank you very much.
Happy Valentine’s Day for you and Joe.
Happy Valentine’s Day to you, Susan! And congrats on finishing your book! It’s been great to be involved in the process, and I can’t wait to read it 🙂
Happy Valentine’s Day Susan!!!
Hope all of you have been celebrating Valentine’s Day in a way that makes it memorable for you!
I had the privilege of spending some of my Valentine’s Day with a special 5th grade boy I have been mentoring for the last four years, in one of our local public schools. My time is always special, but today I was given the opportunity to let him know how much it means to have him in my life.
I am also honored to have my oldest daughter home for a few days, to spoil and spend time with, as she has been making her home in some far-flung places of the world over the last five years. It’s always Valentine’s Day when I am spending time with those I love!
Just wanted to say, Susan, that one of my favorite photos you posted in a previous blog, is the one of Joe shoveling the snow, with the birds at the feeder!
Happy Valentine’s Day Eve, all! Make it the best it can be!
Dear Susan, I loved, loved, loved Willard. I can’t hardly wait for the new book. Now I really believe we are kindered souls. I am a writer of journals. I have a bzillions journals. No, really I do. This Christmas I got a new journal (shocker). The title of it is, “Jane a Day/5-Year Journal.” I am so enjoying it. Then I read you were at her home in England, omg. Well when you said you were going to be in CA this fall at your book signing, I called the husband right away and said we were going. I just have to meet you. I hope I can, and I hope we do meet. You are the bomb of a lady. Happy Valentine’s Day, Susan. Me and my husband will be celebrating our 37th Valentine’s Day this year together. Here’s to the next 37 years <3
Best Valentine’s Day wishes to you and Joe. What a lucky guy he is to get heart-shaped eggs for breakfast. So happy to hear that the book is almost ready, and winning a copy of the pre-release would be absolutely fabulous. Since I’m an armchair traveler, this book will be my dream getaway to England so I plan to order a copy now so as not to be disappointed if I don’t win. Willard was wonderful reading today, especially the recipe. One of my friends who lives here in B.C., is British and she makes it each year for Christmas. Oh boy, is it yummy. Love the little blue teacup in the last photo, does it have a saucer?
Love the lighthouse in the snow. What a wonderful drawing. Was it just for this post or is it something you might share? And what a slendid Valentine’s to be surrounded by love and snow! What did Joe say about his Valentine’s eggs? How very cute. Read Willard and love your new book. Can’t wait.
Happy Valentine’s. You gotta love a holiday that celebrates love and chocolate.
Susan,
It’s so nice that you share such specials days with your girlfriends! Some (me) of us live our romantic lives vicariously through your blog. It’s been over twenty years since my love passed away, yet I still feel his hand in mine and hear his voice in the air – it was my fine romance!. Thank goodness love never dies! Have a great day and a special evening with your Joe.
Since I’m rather advanced in age (to put it nicely), a lot of people I’ve loved in my lifetime have passed on. When I think of each of them, I can still hear their laughter. A memory is a wonderful blessing. I can tell you’re a brave woman. Happy Love Day. (Sandy from Chihuahua Flate)
Yes, Please enter me in your book giveaway. I so love books…
Happy Valentine’s Day, Susan and Joe!
I was so excited yesterday to pre-order A Fine Romance!! It feels so REAL now! I can’t even imagine how HAPPY you must feel now to actually see all of the book orders pouring in! It has truly been a wonderful year of sharing… your decision to travel, your amazing English adventure, and your writing and painting all of the special memories! We all feel so connected to you, Susan!! ♡ What fun it will be to say, “My friend wrote this book!” My Valentine’s Day began with Willard and your new post this morning… and the day just keeps getting sweeter and sweeter!

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I’d so very much LOVE to be the lucky one Vanna picks. Please? But just in case, I will place my pre-order as well. I have delighted in reading your blog posts, Susan, first throughout your trip, and since you have been home and creating your new masterpiece. Congrats on it, by the way. It looks spectacular.
Happy ‘sweethearts’ day to you and Joe, too!
Now…..I’d like the new book, I’d like the new book, I’d like the new book!!
A little romance is always a fine thing…
Wishing you and Joe a Happy Valentine’s day! I’m so excited for your new book! Hope my name is drawn but preordered one for myself just in case. Take care of yourselves. Much love, Kim
I would like to wake to one more snow. It’s cold here today also. I’ve been thinking of spring and planting flowers. With over 600 posts my chance of wining will be slim. But thanks for a chance. Keep warm. By the way my last be is Branch. How about that.
Happy Valentine’s Day to you, Susan! All that snow looks so romantic. We have a beautiful sunny day around 60 in Texas. Can’t wait to see your new book-thanks for the chance to win one. Take care and stay warm.
What a joy to read your Willard. I had fun this valentines day filling a red bag for my 90 year old mother with some of “Susan Branches” created lovelies, note cards and cute cards. I love your art and love to give it also. Oh the book would be a cozy up under the blanket fun read. England will be full of girlfriends in body or in a good read. thank you
Happy Valentine’s Day ~ thank you in advance for what I know is going to be a special travel adventure treat!
Hi Susan, happy heart day…..thanks again for sharing you life with us. Please enter me in your drawing!! I cannot wait to get your new book, I already ordered one but if I win this one, I can always share with my aunt who is also a big fan of yours but doesnt have a computer so she doesnt get to see your blog. So I let her know what you have been up to!! I bet you wish you were in CA with all this snow you are getting!! Also, I have a black and white cat that looks just like your Girl cat!! but Jack, aw, he is some character! love to hear about them too!
Jill
I only found you 3 weeks ago and have managed to get 5 of your books so far and I am daily on your site to read the old blogs! Susan,
And a Happy Valentine’s Day to you!
I am so excited about the new book 😉
Happy Valentine’s Day!! I got a Double Blessing! Willard arrived in my ” mail box” this morn and a new blog post from you! Hooraay!! What Fun! Loved all the Sweet pictures! And seeing more pages from your book! OH Boy!! OH Boy!! Would Love to win a copy, of course, but I’ll pre-order one, just in case. And if I do happen to win, I already know who I’d give my extra copy to. I don’t suppose you’ll be coming out to Wash. state for a book signing in the Fall??
Have a Blessed, Sweet Valentine’s Day!
Oops…I posted my Happy Valentine’s Day comments on the other post. I guess I got a little scroll happy and went too far. Anyway, had to get in on the book give away so here I am, again! I can’t tell you enough how much I look forward to your blogs. They just get better and better! Thank you! XXO
I just pre-ordered my book and I am so excited. I would be doubly excited to win a copy! I would gift the book I ordered to my daughter. Thank you for another lovely post – as always… Enjoy Valentines Day!
I love all your books. This one looks like the best ever! What a labor of love. Jere
Happy Hearts Day, Susan!
Your Joe shares qualities with my Jim who also loves trains, cooking and Christmas. In fact, when I was lobbying for a rescue dog I suggested naming him “Hobo” and than clinched the adoption!
Can’t wait to get my hands on your newest “baby”…congrats!!
It’s a lovely warm Valentine’s Day here in San Juan Capistrano, CA!
Jerri
Happy, Happy Day to you and your sweetheart! Just returned from a surprise lunch out with mine! Thank you for a new book, plus an opportunity to win a signed copy! Too much fun!
Happy Valentine’s Day, Susan and Joe and Girl and Jack! You’ve done it……inspired me to put a small book, pencil and sharpener in a little tote bag. When Dolly and I walk around the lake we take a break and she can
play watchdog to the swans and ducks while I play with my new treasures. Just because my drawings are good doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy them. Now if those ducks would just sit still for a while……..
Susan, congratulations on finishing your book! I can’t wait to read it. It’s a joy to read your blog. Yes, just received your Willard today too, perfect day for it. Enjoy your beautiful snow.
I lived in Conn. for 2 yrs. and I still miss the peaceful calm after a heavy snowstorm. It’s just lovely up there where you are. Enjoy the peacefulness and happy valentines day!
Happy Valentine’s Day, Susan!
Happy Valentines Day ♥ I am so excited that A FINE ROMANCE is finished and soon will be published! I love the cover photo and the bookmark with the Union Jack bunting and sweet lamb too. I can’t wait to devour each page over and over…and over again!! Hey, it does say “A Fine Romance” on my February calendar page 🙂 The book title also reminds me of the 80’s Brit comedy show, of the same title, with Judi Dench and Michael Williams. They still air the show on our PBS station and I love watching it…even though I’ve already seen it numerous times. My lifelong love of all that is British has truly been a a fine romance for me too!
Happy Valentine’s Day, Susan, to you and Joe! Thank you for bringing so much joy to so many of us.
I can’t wait for your book – it’s been wonderful “living it” with you through all you have shared so far.
xxoo
Dear Sue, I have read your books for along time! They are my favorite thing to do,winter, spring, summer and fall.! I have collecte quite a few and they are right up there with my forever things to keep! I would LOVE to be selected to recieve your new book. HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY! Your gal pal, glenna
Happy Valentina’s Day to you and Joe! (And Girl and Jack :-)!)
Valentina’s Day is one of my most favorite holidays (it might have something to do with all the red, hearts, chocolate & love- all of my most favorite things!!)
I am so looking forward to your new book – I’ve loved your work since the first time I fell in love with your first book “Heart of the Home”. I just know this one is going to be as wonderful and as special as the others.
Stay warm and enjoynthenrest of winter. Spring is on its way!
I don’t know how you possibly have time to read all the comments posted here. It is daunting to say the least!
However, whether I win the book or buy it, I’ll definitely own a copy of it!
Happy Valentine’s Day to you and Joe (and the kitties!).
Christy in SoTex
You inspire me daily. Thank you.
Happy Valentine’s Day to Suan and Joe and furry friends.
Happy Valentine’s Day, Susan!! In addition to celebrating “Love” today, we also celebrated my neighbor’s 91st birthday. It was yesterday….her husband is 90…and they are still very much in love. My wonderful husband and I will be married 50 yrs. in June. I just don’t know where the time has gone!
Kisses for the kitties!
Nettie
Susan,
Of all the wonderful things that have happened to me today, receiving another Willard is right at the top of my list! Thank you so much for brightening my day! I am on my fourth week of a six week recovery after surgery and after receiving this email it felt like you were snuggled in right here beside me in my family room. As I sit here in my “lazy girl”, watching more fluffy snow come down, I am heartened by the fact that you always graciously take the time to share the tiny, precious details of your everyday life with us.
Please don’t ever think that your “early morning ramblings” arn’t loved by many of us out here in cyber land! We love you AND your many gifts that you share with us.
I am excited to see if your book tour will bring you to Wisconsin. If it does, you and Joe have a “warm nest” to rest in either at our home or at our lake cottage. (that is if fishing, napping in a hammock, and bon fires are your thing 🙂
Stay warm and sweet! Happy Valentines to you as well! XOXO. Maureen
Happy Valentine’s day Sue and Joe and Girl and Jack. I’m sitting here just waiting for my leg of lamb and roast potatoes to come out to share with my darling. I made cream puffs too but the darn cream collapsed so I will have to perform some dessert surgery before I bring them out. Have a happy day.
It’s going to be a beautiful book! Love the egg heart, how sweet 🙂
I am falling in love with your book and it’s illustrations by you.
The photos are amazing, too!
I sent your Willard to my friend and she pre-ordered two
books. I can hardly wait to see it when it is done and I
know you are close to being finished with the book. It has
been exciting to see the snow, I haven’t lived in snow since
I was a teenager. In Florida, it’s raining and a cold front today
but that will mean a beautiful cooler weekend, perfect for a
bike ride!
Happy Valentine’s Day! I’m sooo anxious to read your new book. Your snow covered yard looks like mine. I am so anxious for spring but every time it snows I am still in awe of how beautiful it is. I always feel sorry for my friends in the warmer climates.
What a treat for Valentines. Willard, your blog and anticipation of being a lucky girl for A Fine Romance! The cover is beautiful and yes, you are so right, the road says England and is soooooo inviting. You’ve been diligently creating this beauty since July (almost gestational, right?) and all of the love you’ve placed on each and every page with your amazing watercolors, photographs, specially chosen words, and of course, all the love you expressed to us girlfriends, A Fine Romance is a priceless treasure. ‘Thank you’ just doesn’t express my whole-heart gratitude for all of the joy you bring to me, Susan. I am so very thankful for you. So, Happy Valentine’s Day to you and Joe. Push back the furniture, put on some tunes and dance by the light of the fire. xoxo u!!
Susan,
Thanks so much for sharing your great pic’s and the stories of your true loves!
You really have a sweetie in Joe!!
I too have found my sweet ….I call him my “Little Chicken”…..he would blush if he knew i told you that……best wishes for the book….I can’t wait to see all the drawings..i’ve never been to England….and it is on the list!
Lesa
I can’t wait for your new book so that I can live out my dream of going to England through reading it! Happy Valentine’s Day!
Ohh…ohhh…ohhhhh….See my hand waving and flapping from the back row??? Pick me! Pick me!!!
I seeee you!
Dear Sue, thank you for your Valentine e-mail and wishes. Just love getting all your Willards and e-mails and would love to get a signed copy of your new book too. Later in the year, when your Christmas house is featured in “The Yankee Magazine” will you have some in your on-line shop for those of us across the sea? love to you, Joe, and the kitties .
Yes we will Karen!
Happy Valentine’s Day from West Texas. My special valentine present is tonight, we always have a very special meal at home.
By the way, love the kitty feet.
