Happy Groundhog Day. ..definitely a snow day here.
    Recipe sounds yummy and comforting…
Super Bowl game was really so good!
    Love our corner of America.

  2. I made the Pineapple Spareribs just yesterday! They were fabulous as usual – so quick, easy and delicious!

This recipe looks delicious. Just one question, where does the pineapple come into it??

There’s a mistake!!!! I didn’t know Kellee had put this on Facebook and didn’t see it until the comments came in. There are two cups of pineapple juice — you just mix it in with the rest of the sauce ingredients! If you have my wall-calendar, this recipe is on the February page. So sorry Ellen and everyone!

Susan, I saw the question regarding the omitted pineapple juice so I went ahead and posted the correction. I hope that was ok with you!
I see that it’s now been corrected. I made the correction using my February wall calendar! 😉
Thank you for all you do for the Girlfriends!

Such a cute little creature. And merci for the yummy recipe…..we’re snowed in and I have all the ingredients but Swiss cheese….can this be made with cheddar?

MMMMM. That pudding may be my new comfort food for the winter of 2015! Thanks Susan, you can always make me smile. Stay warm and cozy.

  8. Becky Daugherty says:

The ribs recipe above is incorrect. You have left the 2 cups of pineapple juice out of the ingredients. Oops!

OOOPs is right! Thank you Becky. I let Kellee know, she’ll fix it today! Yikes! Thank you for telling me. (I put it on the February page of the wall-calendar and it’s fine there, I don’t know what happened.)
